Mindfulness and Meditation are core skills in ancient and current personal development systems.  Breath, is essential to Life.  Breath connects us with Body, Mind, & Spirit.  Once connected, we become more conscious.  Specific methods, techniques,  enable healthy patterns to form.

Learning and broadening or deepening our skills, in Mindfulness and Meditation, literally ‘makes us smarter’, brings greater peace, facilitates our development, and our transformation.  The path to wisdom is a clear one, all we need is to understand the basic skills and practice daily.
